Business Networking Event – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket or registering for the event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Ticket Booking & Payment
- Tickets are confirmed only upon successful payment.
- Each ticket is valid for one registered attendee unless otherwise specified.
- Please ensure that the name, email address, mobile number, and other details provided during registration are accurate.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless a change of attendee is approved by the event organiser in advance.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where specifically stated by the organiser.
- In case of cancellation by the organiser, the ticket holder will be informed about the applicable refund or alternative arrangements.
- No refund will be provided for non-attendance, late arrival, or leaving the event early.
3. Event Changes
- The organiser reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, activities, or other arrangements when necessary.
- In exceptional circumstances, the event may be postponed or rescheduled. Tickets may be transferred to the revised date, subject to the organiser's policy.
- Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees through the contact details provided during registration.
4. Entry & Check-In
- Attendees must present their booking confirmation/ticket at the registration desk.
- The organiser reserves the right to deny entry to anyone whose registration details cannot be verified.
5. Networking & Business Conduct
- This is a professional business networking event. All attendees are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct.
- Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, unwanted solicitation, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these standards, without refund.
6. Business Promotion & Solicitation
- Attendees may introduce themselves, their businesses, products, or services as part of the networking activities.
- Excessive solicitation, unauthorised selling, distribution of promotional material, or aggressive sales activity is not permitted unless specifically approved by the organiser.
7. Photography & Videography
- Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
- By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or videos taken during the event.
- If you have a specific concern regarding photography or videography, please inform the event team at registration.
8. Personal Belongings
- Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
- The organiser, venue, and event partners will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
9. Food, Beverages & Venue Rules
- Food and soft beverages, where included, are subject to the event package and venue arrangements.
- Attendees must comply with the rules and policies of the event venue.
- Any damage caused to venue property by an attendee may be charged to the attendee responsible.
10. Networking Disclaimer
- The organiser facilitates networking opportunities but does not guarantee any specific business lead, meeting, partnership, investment, sale, or commercial outcome.
- Any business transaction, agreement, investment, or professional relationship established between attendees is solely between the parties involved.
- Attendees are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.
11. Event Organiser's Rights
The organiser reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel registrations where necessary.
- Remove attendees who violate event rules or behave inappropriately.
- Make reasonable changes to the event programme or arrangements.
- Take necessary steps to ensure the safety, professionalism, and smooth operation of the event.
12. Acceptance of Terms
- By purchasing a ticket or completing the registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- The organiser's decision regarding event participation, conduct, and operational matters shall be final.
